The Coaching The Body® Posture Assessment grid provides an ideal wall-mountable visual alignment reference for assessing effective leg length differences and postural abnormalities, including those induced by hyperpronation.
The 36" x 84" grid is printed on heavy duty vinyl, with corner grommets for easy wall hanging. Also includes acrylic gel double sided tape for hole-free, removable mounting if desired.
Key areas of the grid include fine markings for exact measurement of iliac crest height, and color-coded vertical lines for assessing posture with or without a plumb bob.
Visual instructions are printed on the sides of the grid, with step-by-step guides for leg length, posture and hyperpronation assessments, as well as QR codes for reference videos on assessing and correcting leg length discrepancy.
